Training and training are key to the development of the talent of our teams, which in themselves are a critical immaterial value of our organization.

Every year, since 2004, IDiA carries out a survey of training needs from which various actions are derived.
- We transfer detailed information to the Technology Center of Aragón (INAEM), in case it is
- considered appropriate to plan training in response to the detected needs
- We organize numerous expert level courses and seminars
- We support the search for funding initiatives and courses developed by partners
We manage a wide catalog of training in different areas: administration of servers and networks, applications, databases, project management, programming, SAP, Sharepoint, etc.
